Beynin

These small animals are primarily found in the northern regions of Marmeada and Jushosh, although they can also be found in smaller numbers in other warm climates. Beynins are herbivores, eating from small bushes and ground plants with grains or flowers. Drawn to bush berries, hunters will leave small piles in snares to catch them. Their meat is particularly sweet.

However, even with the delicacy of their sweet and tender meat, many new hunters have difficulty killing them when face to face with their sweet nature and appearance.

Beynins are comparable to rabbits in reproductive rate and even hop or bound when they move. Some have taken to breeding them like chickens and other poultry livestock.

Beynins grow no larger than 25 inches in height and 20 inches in length. They have short hair fur with cotton-like bushy tails, manes, and belly.

They have some of the largest eyes of land mammals, excepting Nauxen.

Beynins are a favorite pet of children and elderly as they will bond to caretakers at birth, seeing them as parents and a family unit.
